We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Activity Coordinator Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in implementing activity programs for our participants, promoting socialization, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Activity Coordinator in planning and implementing activity programs, including physical and mental stimulation activities.
  • Engage participants in group and one-to-one activities, promoting socialization and interaction.
  • Assist with setup and takedown of activity supplies and equipment.
  • Support participants with daily tasks, such as lunch and snack preparation, and provide routine assistance as needed.
  • Observe and report any changes in participants' behavior or physical condition.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred.
  • Physical exam within the past 6 months; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Hindi/Urdu or Gujarati.
