Repair Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repairs Manager to lead our Repairs Team in delivering exceptional day-to-day and vacant property repairs services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the prompt inspection and repair of empty properties, compliance with health and safety legislation, and achieving high levels of resident satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of staff to meet and exceed operational targets for responsive repairs and maintenance functions.
- Assist with the overall management of the housing stock and associated buildings, with a lead role in terms of property safety and overall condition.
- Manage the planning and day-to-day operations of the Repairs Section, including diverse tasks in the repairs and maintenance fields.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality repairs services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of repairs work.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, stakeholders, and other teams to achieve high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
