Key Account Manager

Osborne Appointments is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities, and providing efficient responses to quotes and queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide fast and effective responses to quote requests, queries, and questions from clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain further insight and identify new opportunities.
- Communicate frequently with clients via email and telephone to ensure their needs are met.
- Follow up on quotes and support clients with any further questions or concerns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated and hungry to succeed.
- Confident in speaking via telephone and demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.
- Account management experience required.
- Sales experience required.
