Key Account Manager

Osborne Appointments is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities, and providing efficient responses to quotes and queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and effective responses to quote requests, queries, and questions from clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain further insight and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate frequently with clients via email and telephone to ensure their needs are met.
  • Follow up on quotes and support clients with any further questions or concerns.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivated and hungry to succeed.
  • Confident in speaking via telephone and demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.
  • Account management experience required.
  • Sales experience required.
