About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers looking to exchange currency or purchase foreign exchange products. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency, with experience working with computers and in-house till systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact on customers' lives
