Technical Coordinator - Vistry Group

We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to become an integral part of our technical department at Vistry Group. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Design Manager and contribute significantly to the design of innovative residential projects.

Your responsibilities will include the coordination, management, and review of technical documentation, facilitating seamless collaboration with various teams to ensure projects are executed as planned.

Essential Qualifications:
BTEC HND/HNC in Design or Construction or a related fieldProven experience in a comparable position within a residential development contextProficiency in IT tools including AutoCAD, Excel, and WordStrong organizational and analytical capabilitiesAbility to thrive in a team-oriented environment and manage pressure effectivelyExceptional communication skillsCommitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfactionPreferred Qualifications:
CSCS card certificationFamiliarity with online drawing management platformsOngoing professional development in the construction industryKey Responsibilities:
