Business Analyst Job Description

Crew Clothing Head Office is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment to business objectives by analyzing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Champion the customer experience by understanding customer requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Understand business requirements, including documentation of as-is and to-be scenarios.
  • Create implementation specifications and project plans.
  • Assist and support QA, UAT, and user training.
  • Ensure that colleagues and project stakeholders have a clear view of progress, issues, risks, and interdependencies relating to project delivery.
  • Exercise judgment to document/present available options to stakeholders and make recommendations based on financial, resource, and technological considerations.
  • Focus on standardization of business processes.
  • Understand e-commerce best practices and technology trends.
Requirements:
  • Solid background in business enablement through technology.
  • Experience of delivering website platforms would be advantageous.
  • Experience with all aspects of IT projects, from design through development, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Experience of B2B and/or B2C e-commerce solutions, ideally in a manufacturing business.
  • Analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, consolidate, and communicate with all levels within IT and the business.
