Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Paignton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson planning and collaboration: Work with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning experience for students with SEN.
  • Progress tracking and reporting: Monitor and record student progress, providing regular updates to teachers and parents.
  • Communication and collaboration: Engage with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students with SEN.

Requirements:
