Financial Governance Committee Member

Financial Governance Role
Time Commitment: As a member of the Financial Governance Committee, you will be required to attend 4 evening meetings per year for Committee meetings (remote), 5 evening meetings per year for Board meetings (currently 3 hybrid and 2 in-person meetings), ISHAs AGM, and 2 Board away days in January and November. You will also be expected to participate in Board task and finish groups. This role requires a significant time commitment, and you should be prepared to dedicate a substantial amount of time to this position.
Responsibilities:
• Attend Committee and Board meetings, providing financial expertise and guidance
• Participate in Board task and finish groups, contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures
• Review and provide feedback on financial reports and budgets
• Collaborate with other Committee members to ensure effective financial governance
Requirements:
