We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our client's team on a 12-month contract.
About the Role
As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, defect repairs, modifications, and functional tests on airframe and engine systems under the supervision of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks and defect repairs on airframe and engine systems.
- Complete all assigned tasks promptly to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of aircraft technical logbook entries, maintenance documentation, work packages, and zonal handovers.
Requirements
Must have experience on 737NG/Max, 777, 787 or similar types of aircraft. Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Working Conditions
07:00 - 19:00, 5/5/4 shift rotation.
Salary
£34.59 per hour.
Location
London Gatwick Airport.
