About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to join our innovative and friendly home enteral nutrition team. As a dietitian in this role, you will work with adults who receive enteral tube feeding at home, providing holistic adult and paediatric dietetics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults who receive enteral tube feeding at home, providing clinical supervision and guidance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of specialist and highly specialist dietitians, dietetic associate practitioners, and home enteral nutrition specialist nurses to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improving outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local and national agendas for health, ensuring that our services are aligned with the latest evidence-based practice.
