We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MSK Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Vita Health Group. As a key member of our community rehabilitation service, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to employees within community NHS MSK settings in Croydon and Bromley.
Key Duties:- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal recovery and functional ability.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and lead group exercise programs, one-to-one rehabilitation sessions, health promotion initiatives, and pain management/functional rehabilitation groups.
- Manage a caseload of patients and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent patient experience and outcomes.
- Graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator or SST registration.
- Experience of working individually and within a team, with a proven track record of managing a caseload and running rehabilitation classes.
- Ability to deliver soft tissue treatments, set goals, and design individualized and progressive rehabilitation programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client and the service.
