Job Description

Commercial Finance Analyst

Lime Talent is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to support the UK and Ireland business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial planning, business planning, or commercial finance, with experience in the consumer goods or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning & Reporting: Manage annual budget processes, ongoing business reporting, and monthly sales and finance forecasting.
  • Commercial Analysis: Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions, conduct monthly performance analysis against budget, and compile category analysis and research to develop insights.
  • Customer Reporting and Analysis: Support key account performance reviews and opportunity assessments, develop and maintain Key Account Joint Business Trackers, and provide distribution and rate of sale analysis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Commercial Planning, Business Planning, or Commercial Finance
  • Experience within the consumer goods or retail industry
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Planning, organization, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Power BI experience is beneficial, but training will be provided if needed
  • Full right to work in the UK is required
