**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of projects, including estimating, procurement, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including estimating, procurement, and cost management.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including invitations to tender and tender returns.
  • Maximize cash flow through timely preparation of valuations, submission of invoices, and receipt of payment.
  • Assist in the prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Contribute to the production of accurate and timely CVR reports and forecasts.
  • Review and evaluate all tender enquiries for completeness and accuracy.
  • Administrate correspondence and tender documentation throughout the supply chain.
  • Review and evaluate all project costs and provide a complete price submission.
  • Monitor the various stages of all successful bids to ensure costs are kept in line with the forecast.

Requirements:

  • Previous project experience in a similar role.
  • D&B experience.
  • Degree within Quantity Surveying desirable.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Packages.
  • Relevant driving licence.
