About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician to join our team and help grow our company further. As a key member of our architectural division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct measurement surveys and site visits to gather data and information.
  • Develop conceptual designs and presentations to showcase our ideas.
  • Prepare planning drawings and application submissions to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, planning departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare building regulations and construction drawings to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • A Degree qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad (LT) and Revit, with experience in Sketchup, Photoshop, and other software.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working in the industry or architectural practice.
  • A clean driving license and ability to attend sites in and around the East Midlands.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
