Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Transformation Manager to spearhead significant transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee large-scale transformation projects that encompass business processes, organizational frameworks, and system enhancements aimed at fostering a streamlined operational model and driving profitable growth.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement across all business areas.
  • Act as a change leader, managing modern and efficient working methodologies.
  • Collaborate with functional Directors to devise strategies that enhance overall group efficiency.
  • Support Directors and Senior Managers in formulating structured business cases for new improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement business systems and applications that address operational challenges by minimizing waste and non-value-adding activities.
  • Scope, gather consensus, and manage projects that promote business growth while maintaining optimal headcount levels.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am - 1pm on Friday.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in process management, project oversight, continuous improvement, and lean methodologies. A personality that fosters change and a commercial perspective is essential. While a degree in a business-related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Qualifications such as Six Sigma and project management certifications (e.g., Prince 2) are highly regarded. Some travel may be required.
