About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day management of our shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Shop Manager in managing the shop's operations, including stock deliveries and collections, record keeping, and cash handling.
  • Contribute to generating donations and developing effective display and merchandising strategies.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and managing a loyal and committed team of volunteers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve shop performance.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,400 pro rata per annum.
  • Pro rata equivalent of 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to 40 days after five years.
