About the Role

This is a mid- to senior-level position for individuals who are passionate about digital advertising and have a strong understanding of current paid social performance trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and be able to create an impact within our media team and full advertising service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Analyze website and campaign data to optimize paid social campaigns and provide advice to clients
  • Produce and present reports to clients
  • Communicate with clients and support the company in new business activities
Requirements
  • Passion for paid social advertising
  • Hunger for success
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social platforms, including Meta, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Analytical mind and excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to challenge the team and take on additional responsibilities
  • Attention to detail during planning, campaign setup, pacing, optimizations, A/B testing, insight-writing, and data-pulling
  • Confident in creating social and video content for social media channels
