Interim Management Opportunity

GROUP FINANCIAL ANALYST (M/W)

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years in Financial Management, Consolidation, and Reporting, with expertise in IFRS and UK Standards.

Location: United Kingdom, London area

We are pleased to present an exciting interim management opportunity for a Group Financial Analyst (M/W) with one of our esteemed international clients.

Our client seeks to enhance its corporate finance team to uphold the highest standards of financial reporting. We are tasked with identifying the most qualified candidates for this role.

As a key member of the Financial Accounting & Reporting teams, you will contribute significantly to the head office's operations.

We are looking for a collaborative professional who can effectively communicate across a global landscape and is committed to advancing the Group's financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Group Financial Reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in quarterly and year-end financial statements.
  • Enhance team capabilities by fostering in-house expertise and meeting financial deadlines.
  • Drive process improvements by establishing robust internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Support the transition to new reporting tools, ensuring compliance with updated reporting requirements.
  • Deliver insightful analyses and reports for senior management and auditors.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a vital role in assessing the Group's financial performance and providing strategic financial advice.

Business Mobility: Limited; partial remote work may be considered.

Mission Duration: Minimum of 6 months, with potential for extension.

Your Profile:

You possess 10 to 15 years of experience in Financial Management and Reporting, with a Chartered Accountant qualification (ACCA or ACA). Your background includes working within an international organization, and you have experience in multicultural and multicurrency environments.

Proficiency in Magnitude is essential, while knowledge of Oracle FCCS is advantageous. You are well-versed in IFRS practices and skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Soft Skills:

You are a native or proficient English speaker, with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
