About the Role

Morgan Ryder is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for conducting mechanical inspections and alignments using advanced metrology tools, including Faro measurement arms and CMM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct precision inspections and alignments using CMM and Faro technology to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Apply your knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and engineering drawings to ensure accurate measurement and inspection.
  • Provide proactive support to production teams, delivering real-time quality feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, with a strong background in CMM software and metrology tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and continuous improvement techniques such as 8D, 6 Sigma, and 5S.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic quality team, engaging directly with stakeholders to provide vital inspection insights and ensure top-notch product quality.
