About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Officer to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in the UK. As a key member of our Corporate Banking business line, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our privacy framework and data literacy across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of embedding privacy frameworks and data management practices in a regulated financial firm. You will be responsible for leading projects to meet specific regulatory requirements, analyzing data, and presenting risk-based information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive privacy framework and data management practices
  • Lead projects to implement regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Analyze data and present risk-based information to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data protection and privacy initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on data protection and privacy matters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in embedding privacy frameworks and data management practices in a regulated financial firm
  • Strong knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
