Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Fund Administrator to join our team at City College Norwich. As a Support Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Advice team with day-to-day duties, including data entry using various programs such as MS Office Excel, EBS, and a bespoke CRM database called Pay My Student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Advisers with data entry and processing of free college meal support and bursary payments
  • Provide excellent customer service to the Advice Shop users
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to achieve excellent customer service and student success
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT competency, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM databases
  • Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above
