Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a highly efficient and effective service at the bar, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, drinks, and wine list, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
