About the Role

Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our Investment & Programme Office, a newly developed function within finance. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key strategic outcomes by designing, initiating, executing, and closing major programmes that impact the company's strategy and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of programmes, aligning initiatives to the company's vision and OKRs, and optimizing return on investment.
  • Lead a cohesive programme team, spanning multiple functions and third-party partners.
  • Capture, track, identify, and manage complex risks and inter-dependencies across the programme.
  • Support a high-performance culture to ensure better, simpler, faster, and cheaper deliverables for the company and its clients.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and efficiency through team interactions and maximizing the use of tools and data.
  • Champion industry best-in-class standards as an expert 'change agent.'
Requirements
  • Expertise in strategic programme planning and delivery, programme and agile delivery methodologies, and delivering complex change in business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environments.
  • Experience in defining, establishing, and facilitating governance structures to engage stakeholders, managing relationships and processes critical to delivery, and influencing stakeholders at executive leadership level.
  • Ability to deliver and thrive in ambiguous situations, with a curious nature and a willingness to explore new ways of working.
