Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized and small-group support to students, enhancing their educational journey both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Implement tailored learning strategies that address the unique needs of each student, promoting their academic and emotional development.
  • Create a safe and encouraging environment that fosters positive relationships and helps students develop essential social skills.
  • Assist educators in planning and executing lessons, adapting materials and techniques to meet diverse learning requirements.
  • Motivate and uplift students, acknowledging their achievements and progress to bolster their self-esteem and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service.
  • Prior experience working with students who have social, emotional, and mental health needs is highly advantageous.
  • A sincere passion for supporting student learning and development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various classroom settings and assist with different subjects or age groups as necessary.
  • Willingness to collaborate with teaching staff to support the overall goals of the institution.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
