We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Rights Coordinator to join our Research & Rights Management Team. The successful candidate will support the Rights Manager & Research Manager with all rights clearance of archive footage, VO and audio and administration of associated documentation and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Production Accountant with monthly financial reports.
- Book additional Freelancer support when necessary.
- Assist Rights Manager and Research Manager in the development of training materials and facilitate sharing of knowledge of rights clearance processes.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word software packages.
- Experience of copyright, legal issues and legislation surrounding archive clearance.
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of TV Commercials production (including camera formats), post-production (including finishing) and deliveries (including encoding formats).
- An understanding of third party rights clearances.
