Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations to accurately assess market value.
  • Arrange and manage property viewings for prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of our clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Oversee the smooth progression of sales transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for our Mortgage Advisor, contributing to the overall success of the branch.
