Apprenticeship Manager (Lifelong Learning Centre)

Salary: Grade 8 (£45,585 - £54,395 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of adult learners and employers.
  • Work with programme teams, employers, and professional partners to establish best practice and high-quality in apprenticeship delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with policy and quality assurance requirements, including those of the Education and Skills Funding Agency and OFSTED.
  • Contribute to the development of new apprenticeship provision that aligns with the university's mission and strategic priorities.
