About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People and Organisation Development team as a Learning and Talent Development Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in learning and development, while contributing to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration, sourcing, coordination, and delivery of learning and development modules
  • Support the team in building the skills and knowledge of the ECC workforce
  • Contribute to the delivery of strategic talent management and development programmes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
Requirements
  • Be educated to a minimum of A Level / T Level, or completed a Level 3 apprenticeship, or hold Level 3 NVQ/SVQ Qualification, or BTEC qualification
  • Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Have the right to work and study in England
  • Have been ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA for three years before the apprenticeship start date
