The ideal candidate will be tasked with the operation of a compactor for diverse earthmoving activities, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a compactor for muck shifting and earthmoving operations.
• Guarantee accurate compaction and material management.
• Adhere to project specifications and directives from the site supervisor.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the machinery.
• Comply with all health and safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Compactor Operator.
• A valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS) card is mandatory.
• Safety Critical Medical certification.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the capability to work effectively under pressure.
• Must be able to provide two professional references.
