Corporate Tax Senior Manager Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is working with a leading firm of chartered accountants in Sussex, seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their successful team. This role will focus on complex and high-risk work, providing a challenging and rewarding experience for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of tax work in collaboration with local partners.
  • Work with a diverse client base, including owner-managed companies, quoted groups, and local and national charities.
  • Contribute to compliance and advisory work, as well as business development initiatives.
  • Provide general corporate tax consultancy, including group reorganisations, structuring acquisitions, due diligence work, and corporate debt management.
  • Offer expertise in research & development tax relief, patent box, international tax advice, and capital allowances reviews.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification and experience as a Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager.
  • Strong compliance and planning skills, with expertise in corporate tax advisory project work.
  • Opportunity to develop technical skills in a supportive team environment.
