- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and tours of our show homes and developments.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
- Utilize technology to innovate and generate sales across our hub environment and in varying economic conditions.
- Effectively manage appointments with pre-booked customers, ensuring timely and effective interactions.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our build progress, plots, and upcoming developments.
- Proactively manage and follow the sales process and customer journey, ensuring every customer contact is recorded and in line with GDPR.
- Implement our company's continuous drive to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively as a member of the sales team, demonstrating effective team working skills in a hub environment.
- Deal with customers in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring they are kept fully informed of their purchase progress.
- Respond to cancellations, making every effort to 'save' and renegotiate reservations as necessary.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of relevant purchase assistance schemes and alternative developments.
- Conduct competitor analysis as determined by the Sales Manager.
- Perform daily tasks required for your development, including green space review, presentation, and website review.
- Take responsibility for all company property and equipment across each site within the specified sales hub.
- 5 GCSEs / GCE, including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
- A Levels in any discipline.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering under pressure.
- Experience generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of exceptional sales.
- Excellent IT skills, with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
- An interest in property and the housing market.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked.
- Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel to all sales sites, including regional offices.

- Self-starter: ability to make good business decisions in a time-pressed environment.
