Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Property Division team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, including managing email accounts, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Document Management: Accurately produce correspondence, documentation, and presentations using relevant software.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage travel and hotel arrangements, and reclaim expenses.
  • Client Management: Manage contact information for clients and contacts, including updating our customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Financial Management: Manage the process for producing invoices and sending them to clients, and assist with regular billing and payment of invoices.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a PA/Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Professional Services Experience: Strong experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
