Job Title: Groundworker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for working on a large-scale construction site, performing various groundwork tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct groundwork activities, including excavation, drainage, and paving
* Operate heavy machinery, such as dumpers and rollers, with CPCS or NPORS certification
* Collaborate with other site operatives to ensure efficient project completion

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in groundwork and heavy machinery operation
* CPCS or NPORS certification for dumper and/or roller operation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
