About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Management Lead to join our team at Mountain Warehouse Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure they are within budget
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
