Job Description

**Job Summary**

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in a school in the West London area.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support students with a wide range of learning difficulties, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Autistic Spectrum Condition.
  • Assist teachers in creating and implementing individualized education plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs.


**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with SEN in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
