Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business assurance monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Handle complaints and provide regulatory information to lenders
  • Report monthly statistical data to the Senior Compliance Officer
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of paid-out deals
  • Assist with data protection activities
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of experience in a compliance role within a regulated business
  • Experience of dealing with regulatory complaints
  • Understanding of data protection regulations
