Job Title: Barbering Tutor

We are seeking a skilled Barbering Tutor to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a Barbering Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to learners in the Barbering sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in Barbering. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans that address the training needs of the group, including basic literacy, numeracy, and employability skills. You will also be required to demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to overcome challenges and support learners to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver NCFE Barbering Levels 2 and 3 to groups of learners.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans that address the training needs of the group.
• Support learners to progress and overcome challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Barbering and a teaching qualification such as PTLLS or AET. You will also need to hold your own NVQ Level 3 in Barbering and Maths and English Functional Skills level 2/GCSE equivalents.
