Role Overview: The Retrofit Coordinator will oversee the execution of retrofit initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with industry standards and financial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare cash flow forecasts to adhere to financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Conduct thorough evaluations before and after project completion to assess success and derive insights for future improvements.
- Ensure all retrofit assessments and designs comply with PAS2035 standards, facilitating access to government funding.
- Collaborate closely with homeowners, landlords, retrofit assessors, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise the Customer Liaison Officer and engage with all stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery within budget constraints.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency measures, including insulation, heating, ventilation systems, renewable energy technologies, and carbon reduction strategies, particularly in the context of social housing.
- Proficient in reporting and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations related to properties, including gas safety, fire safety, and asbestos management.
- Demonstrated focus on service delivery with exceptional time management skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
