Head of Cloud Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cloud Architecture to join our team at VIQU Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development of our cloud strategy and architecture, ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cloud strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of cloud architects to design and implement cloud solutions that meet our business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cloud solutions are integrated with our existing infrastructure and applications
  • Develop and maintain cloud security and compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and optimize cloud costs to ensure that we are getting the best value from our cloud investments
Requirements:
  • Strong background in cloud architecture and strategy
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, architecture, and strategy
  • Experience with different enterprise applications and IT services, and software development, compliance, and security, and IT operations disciplines
  • Experience with application and infrastructure cloud migrations, from on-premises-to-cloud, and from cloud-to-cloud
  • Experience with Azure public cloud architecture, Cloud strategy, networking, security, compliance workload types, migration patterns/tools, and/or experience re-architecting applications for cloud platforms
  • Experience of leading Enterprise Cloud Strategies to ensure the Cloud team develops the right services to support the wider IT strategy
