We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Safe Boiler Breakdown and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing and heating services team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on gas boilers, troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gas boilers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising maintenance operations
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
  • Proficient in welding techniques for equipment repairs
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various machinery
