About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and QA, to understand business needs and develop product roadmaps.
  • Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead Product Development: Oversee the development of product features and functionalities, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage Priorities: Prioritize product development based on business needs, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Ensure Quality: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases that meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on product development and launch.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Desirable Requirements
  • Engineering Product Owner Experience: Experience in Engineering Product Owner roles, leading one or two scrum teams developing commercial Business to Business applications.
  • Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, including SAFe and LeSS.
  • Software Development Experience: Prior experience in software development, with a focus on product development and launch.
