We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and QA, to understand business needs and develop product roadmaps.
- Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the development of product features and functionalities, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Manage Priorities: Prioritize product development based on business needs, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure Quality: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases that meet customer expectations.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on product development and launch.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop product strategies that drive business growth.
- Engineering Product Owner Experience: Experience in Engineering Product Owner roles, leading one or two scrum teams developing commercial Business to Business applications.
- Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, including SAFe and LeSS.
- Software Development Experience: Prior experience in software development, with a focus on product development and launch.
