Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join our reputable client in Colchester (Essex). In this role, you will collaborate with a proficient team of vehicle mechanics under the guidance of the Workshop Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting MOT services and repairs on vehicles to high standards.
2. Liaising with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control regarding test outcomes and any additional required work.
3. Ensuring quality inspection protocols are adhered to.
4. Keeping abreast of product knowledge and updates.
5. Delivering exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and referrals.
6. Upholding cleanliness and organized administration of your tasks.

Candidate Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a similar capacity as a Vehicle MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
2. Ideally certified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
3. Valid UK Driving Licence.
4. Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues.
5. Ability to work autonomously on vehicles and make informed decisions.
6. Strong attention to detail.
