Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to enhance our team that oversees the operational framework responsible for organizing the delivery of care services to our clients. These essential positions not only assist in the coordination of care services but also play a vital role in the system oversight that guarantees the well-being of both our clients and staff members.
This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of personalized care services throughout East Renfrewshire, allowing individuals to remain secure and supported in their residences.
While proficiency in IT is necessary for this position, prior experience in health and social care is not a prerequisite. A comprehensive induction program will be provided to all new hires.
Work Schedule
These full-time positions operate on a rotational schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, reflecting the operational demands of a continuous Care at Home service.
Regulatory Compliance
This position is classified as Regulated Work with Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. Therefore, it is prohibited to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults. Additionally, if you have resided or worked in any country outside the UK within the last decade, an overseas police check may be required.
