**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven models to predict marketing performance and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing managers to inform their decision-making.
  • Support the development of econometric models for media planning and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 in a numerate discipline (with significant statistical content).
  • Experience of collating data from multiple sources for analytical purposes.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques such as significance testing, regression, time series analysis, and clustering.
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of using a programming language such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python in an analytical context would be an advantage.
  • The ability to make commercial recommendations to a non-technical team.
