Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates for M&E services, including reactive and planned maintenance, refurbishment, and new installations.
  2. Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys and assessments as needed to gather information for project costing and feasibility studies.
  3. Supplier Liaison: Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes, ensuring best value for each project.
  4. Cost Analysis: Perform detailed cost breakdowns and analysis, considering labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
  5. Bid Submission: Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure timely submission of tenders, including attending pre-tender meetings and clarifications.
  6. Project Handover: Assist in the handover of successful bids to the delivery team, providing clear communication on project scope and pricing.
Requirements:
  1. Estimating Experience: 5 years of experience in estimating for M&E projects.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and BMS systems.
  3. IT Proficiency: Familiar with estimating software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools for managing and preparing estimates.
