We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Associate to join our Global IT Asset Management team at Alvarez & Marsal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement of infrastructure, network, and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts
  • Procurement of laptops with global standards and catalogs in place
  • Services related to network and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts as needed
  • Software related to hardware
  • Maintenance contracts related to hardware
  • Order tracking
  • Coordination with real estate, engineering, field services, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Adherence to IT policies, processes, contracts, negotiation, and managing SLAs and suppliers
  • Financial chargebacks
Requirements
  • Prior global procurement experience or vendor management background
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS-Office applications, Excel, PPT, MS-Word, SharePoint
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
