Role Overview:
This position is available on a flexible basis, accommodating various work schedules including part-time and full-time options.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an Accredited Checking qualification.
- Candidates should be registered with the GPhC as a qualified Pharmacy Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final verification of dispensed medications while adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Respond to inquiries regarding the supply and availability of pharmaceuticals, as well as routine pharmaceutical questions, and determine when to escalate issues to the Responsible Pharmacist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care across various healthcare settings.
- Maintain current knowledge of medications and minor health issues through continuous education and resource review.
