We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account Management to join our team at Presidents Summit Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of account managers.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors.
- Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and develop a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strategy and Process Development: Own and develop strategies and processes to segment clients, organize the team, and prioritize accounts.
- Account Management: Be responsible for the entire portfolio of accounts, building strong and tight relationships with clients, and upselling and cross-selling services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Industry Expertise: Attend conferences and events to meet clients, stay updated in our industry, and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience: Several years in account management with an excellent track record.
- Leadership: Experience leading a team or strong aspiration to do so.
- Client Relationships: Track record and ability to build strong relations with clients and other stakeholders.
- Process Development: Ability to shape processes and define strategies to segment accounts.
- Account Management: Structured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing accounts.
- Communication: Excellent communicator skills, especially verbally and in writing.
- Drive and Urgency: Relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do.
