Job Description

Rapier Employment is currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a leading retail chain based in the UK.

Role Information

We are seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for ongoing long-term positions. The successful candidates will be engaged in depot to depot trunking or bulk collections.

The role involves driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle, with no handball involved. Start times will vary, and we welcome full-time or occasional drivers.

Requirements
  • Class 1 (C+E) Licence with a minimum of 3 months on the road experience
  • Must have held Class 1 license for at least 1 year
  • No DR10 No CD10's No IN10s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
  • UK Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Class 1 PAYE Rates: Monday to Friday Days £17.16 per hour – Overtime @ £25.77 after 8 hours per day
  • Class 1 PAYE Rates: Monday to Friday Nights £18.22 per hour - Overtime @ £27.35 after 8 hours day
  • Class 1 PAYE Rates: Sat pay @ £19.95 per hour
  • Class 1 PAYE Rates: Sun Pay @ £21.01 per hour
