Job Title: CRM Test Analyst

Venn Group is seeking a skilled CRM Test Analyst to join their team in London. As an Interim Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business application testing and administration within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute test scripts for user stories, ensuring thorough manual testing of individual components and end-to-end user journeys within a CRM replacement program
  • Record test results and create high-quality test plan documents to meet requirements and mitigate risks
  • Conduct functional and regression tests, support UAT testing, and collaborate within an Agile Scrum framework with business analysts, developers, and QA staff
  • Ensure testing is completed on time, review and manage test logs, and provide technical guidance to project managers
  • Apply QA best practices, seek process improvements, conduct stakeholder demos, and provide updates on testing progress
Requirements:
  • Experience in end-to-end testing (functional and integration)
  • Experience in administering finance or customer-related business systems
  • Strong manual testing experience, including end-to-end testing and UAT support
  • Experience as a test analyst for a CRM product
  • Experience in functional and non-functional testing within an agile program
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and test/defect management tools like HPQC and JIRA
  • Experience working in a local government environment
ITIL foundation, or equivalent training and/or certificationTechnical or professional qualification related to the role, or studying towards
